From 101S to Eureka

1. Heading North into Eureka (coming from Fortuna), at the 5th stoplight (across from Bayshore Mall), turn RIGHT onto Harris Street; go up the hill, stay in the right hand lane.
2. Go through 6 more stoplights on Harris Street. There is a Safeway store on the corner at the last stoplight. Continue straight 3 more blocks. Turn RIGHT at Eureka Pediatrics. Continue up the street, Dr. Kelly’s office will be the second building on the RIGHT.

From 101N to Eureka

1. Heading South into Eureka (coming from Arcata), as you come into Eureka, turn LEFT on V Street.
2. At the second stoplight (there will be a Longs Drugs on the left), turn LEFT on Myrtle Avenue.
3. At the next stoplight, turn RIGHT on Harrison Avenue.
4. Follow Harrison Ave until you see Walgreens on your left, turn LEFT on Harris Street.
5. Go 3 blocks. Turn RIGHT at Eureka Pediatrics. Continue up the street, Dr. Kelly’s office will be the second building on the RIGHT.
